How much will it cost?

No upfront payment is required, we invoice after the job is done. We just ask for a credit card on file to reserve your regular spot.

Absolutely. That’s what we do best. Our regular garden maintenance keeps everything neat, healthy, and under control.

What’s included in the service?

Each service is tailored, but typical visits include mowing, edging, blowing, weeding, pruning, garden bed care, and green waste removal. We’ll walk you through what’s needed, and what’s not.

Do you offer end-of-lease maintenance?

We don’t offer one-off or end-of-lease services, but if you’re looking for regular professional garden care, we’d love to help.

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes, we bring everything needed, including commercial-grade tools and safety gear, you don’t need to provide a thing.

Do you remove green waste?

Yes. We take all green waste, we have commercial agreements outside of council bins.

Do you service my suburb in Melbourne?

We offer gardening and lawn mowing services across the city, including Eastern, South Eastern and Inner Eastern, Bayside and surrounding suburbs.

Do you do one-off jobs, or only regular maintenance?

We specialise in regular garden care only. Seasonal work — a heavy cut-back, a re-mulch, a restoration visit — is built into your ongoing schedule rather than sold as a one-off. That’s how we keep gardens looking great season after season, not just once.

How quickly can I expect results?

You’ll notice a difference from the first visit, and with regular care, your garden will only get better over time.

How do you handle green waste and clean-up?

All services include a thorough clean-up. We blow down surfaces, bag up debris, and remove green waste, so you’re never left tidying up after us.

Can you work with native or pollinator-friendly plants?

Yes. We’re happy to maintain native gardens and pollinator-friendly plantings and have the appropriate care and knowledge.

Can I make special requests (e.g. don’t mow certain areas)?

Absolutely. Just let us know your preferences and we’ll tailor your service accordingly. No cookie-cutter jobs here.

Frequency & Scheduling

How often should I book garden maintenance?

To keep gardens healthy, they require year-round maintenance. Most Melbourne lawns need mowing every 7–14 days in spring/summer, and every 3–4 weeks in winter. We’ll recommend a schedule based on your grass type and lifestyle.

Will I have to be home when you come?

We strongly advise that you be home during the first visit, so we can introduce ourselves. However, for our ongoing visits, as long as we have access to the property, you don’t need to be there. Many of our clients are at work or out while we take care of the garden.

How long does each visit take?

It depends on the size of your garden and the services booked. We’ll give you an estimate up front, and we always take the time to do it right.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment?

Just give us a heads-up with reasonable notice, and we’ll work with you to reschedule. We’re flexible, and we understand life happens.

Can I book a regular slot so I don’t have to think about it?

Yes, we’ll arrange a consistent day and time that works for you. Then you can set it and forget it.

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

We’ll get in touch if the weather affects your service. We avoid mowing wet lawns, so we may need to reschedule.

Who will be coming to my property?

You’ll be visited by one of our trusted Green Edge team members. We are all fully trained, background-checked, and respectful of your home and space.

How do you handle gates, pets, or property access?

Just let us know what we need to be aware of, including gates, pets, and alarms, and we’ll make sure everything is secure and respected.

Will I get the same person/team each time?

Where possible, yes. We try to keep you with the same friendly face for consistency and peace of mind.

Can you work discreetly if I’m on calls or working from home?

Yes. We understand the need for quiet during work hours. Just let us know on the day and we’ll minimise disruption where possible.
